After your initial Chakra Balancing Session we will go deeper each time, sparking your internal healing powers and inner knowing that leads to relaxation of the nervous system and ultimately to transformation. Christina is an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Meditation and Breath Practitioner. She utilizes ancient and modern techniques to clear energy that no longer serves you in order to reclaim balance and clarity of mind, body and spirit. She specializes in removing energetic blocks that keep you from being in alignment with your essence. Christina believes that energy is everything and uses her gifts through intuitive energetic healing, meditation, yoga, movement, and sound to help others create healing from the inside out. She believes that we can all find our highest wellbeing when our energies are in alignment.
