Reiki Level I Training – Foundations of Self-Healing

Beginner Reiki Certification

Reiki Level I is designed for beginners and those seeking self-healing through energy work. This foundational Reiki class focuses on developing awareness of the energetic body and learning practical tools for daily balance and nervous system regulation.

In this Reiki Level I training, you will learn:

  • The history and principles of Reiki healing

  • Chakra basics and energetic anatomy

  • Self-Reiki techniques for stress relief and emotional balance

  • Grounding, protection, and energetic hygiene practices

  • Meditation and mindfulness to support energetic integration

Includes: Reiki Level I attunement, training manual, guided practice, and certification

Reiki Level II Training – Practitioner Certification

Reiki for Others & Distance Healing

In this Reiki Master program, you will learn:

  • The Reiki Master symbol and advanced energy techniques

  • How to perform Reiki attunements

  • Trauma-informed and ethical Reiki facilitation

  • Teaching Reiki and mentoring students

After many years of training and daily experience, I am proud to say that I am a Certified Level III Reiki Master &  Integrative & Health Practitioner/Mentor.  My inspired health journey always begins  with nature.  Whether I'm dabbling with creative health juicing, hiking, moving my body in reformer pilates and yoga, or cultivating a garden that nourishes myself and my family. My appreciation always begins by honoring the gift of my physical body and the land that we get to share. Energy, both scientifically and spiritually, is at the forefront of my passion and the crux that directed me to the development of my Reiki and Meditation practice.  

I believe we can all find Inspiration, Clarity and Wellness when our energies are balanced.

I utilize my knowledge and gift as a channel for universal lifeforce energy to serve my passion and purpose to help others heal mentally, physically and emotionally through energy and love. Living my dharma I am committed to be in service, to teach and entice others to explore the journey of inspired wellness that exists in and around our daily lives.
