Embark on a serene journey as you immerse yourself in our weekly Yin Yoga and Sound Bath.
Begin your evening unwind with a gentle, guided Yin Yoga practice designed to promote deep myofascial release through long-held poses. Yin Yoga focuses on relaxing tension in the connective tissues which decreases pain, stiffness and inflammation, while enhancing flexibility, fosters a profound sense of well-being. You will be encouraged to surrender into each pose, allowing your body to release stress and tension through each breath. As the Yin Yoga session concludes, sink into a state of tranquility as soothing vibrations including; gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other harmonious instruments envelop you into a deep state of relaxation. The frequencies produced during sound baths nurture balance and harmony within your mind, body, and spirit. This weekly ritual promises not only physical rejuvenation but also a holistic approach to well-being.
