"Spring is a time to find where you are, who you are

and move toward where you are going" -Penelope Trunk

Welcome to the April Women's Breathwork Circle!

As nature bursts with renewal and rebirth, we too must harness the changing of the seasons to bring new energy into our lives. Focusing on shedding what is needed to allow room for new growth and abundance. By activating our most powerful tool, our breath, we are able to create a space of deep transformation and transition. Breathwork is a personal guide to releasing old narratives, shaking off stagnant energy & stepping into our fully embodied selves. Through guided meditation, activated conscious breathing and sound immersion, we will plant seeds of intention for the months ahead.
