Balance - is something that all of us are searching at all times and in all areas in our lives. It seems like it’s a true art to live a balanced life. Yet it’s a skill that we can develop using the right tools.

This Women Circle is focused on balancing female and male energies in each of us, because we consist of both - Yin and Yang.

Nowadays it’s especially important to find your personal harmony in understanding what parts of you are naturally fulfilled, and what parts need some attention.

We will be using a mix of different tools like meditations, writing exercises, sound healing, essential oils, tarot readings, discussions, etc.

I love hosting women circle for the unique and cozy atmosphere where each woman can simply relax and feel accepted and welcomed. A place where you could just be who you are and don’t feel judged for any of your feelings and expressions.

I will provide some light snacks: berries, fruits, cookies, chocolate, and herbal tea.

Also, all the equipment for all types of activities including yoga mats, blankets, pillows.

Bring some water to stay hydrated.

Dress code: you are welcome to wear a long or short Beach / boho style dress. But it’s not a requirement, as long as you feel comfortable to sit on the floor and laying down.
