Saturday, April 15th 9am-1pm

Our focus for this workshop is to activate and align each of the 6 chakras and our connection through the seventh.  Understanding what organs and parts of the body are influenced by each of them and techniques on how to impact the physical body by understanding the energetic body.

By addressing the energy body we can balance the inner workings of the physical body.  By tuning into the vibration you will be able to experience what balance feels like.  Physical, emotional as well mental ease through the ever present balance of prana/our energy life force and life source. Creating the environment for healing.

We then will incorporate the practices of self care.  Simple techniques which elevate the state of the physical body at any given moment in the day.  Through the practice of abhyanga,…
