Unfold your Potential, Yoga & Wellness Workshop- w/Margie Hunter & Jana Hungate
Saturday, April 15th 9am-1pm
Our focus for this workshop is to activate and align each of the 6 chakras and our connection through the seventh. Â Understanding what organs and parts of the body are influenced by each of them and techniques on how to impact the physical body by understanding the energetic body.
By addressing the energy body we can balance the inner workings of the physical body. Â By tuning into the vibration you will be able to experience what balance feels like. Â Physical, emotional as well mental ease through the ever present balance of prana/our energy life force and life source. Creating the environment for healing.
We then will incorporate the practices of self care. Â Simple techniques which elevate the state of the physical body at any given moment in the day. Â Through the practice of abhyanga, refexology and other self care techniques we bring peace from the outside world to the physical body. Â A sense of safety and well being in which the body can rest in a state of balance and harmony.
And followed by a beautiful yoga nidra to deeply heal through the subconcious.

Margie Hunter has been teaching classical yoga for 18 years in Huntington Beach, California, on the beach and through Zoom. She mentors others with chronic diseases, particularly MS, and teaches classes on Yoga for health management as part of the SIYA International team. Margie also manages retreats and conferences on the healing power of yoga. Her approach to healing involves balancing the nervous system through breath, postures, and meditation, allowing the body to repair itself. Jana Hungate helps people prevent burnout by cultivating healthy self-care habits. Â She is an experienced educator and expert in burnout prevention and self-care at work.
