About the Event

Slow Flow Yoga Asana with Jamie Hanson-connect. slow down. invite calm

Thursdays 8:30am-9:30am

This is an invitation to gather in intentional community while we move, breathe and pray together.

Jamie Hanson will be guiding a sweet slow flow practice. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.

We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, giving us the opportunity to explore the sensations and experience the evolution of each shape. This practice is an invitation to slow down, meet yourself where you are at, and find a practice that feels deeply nourishing to your unique needs.

All classes are trauma-informed, body affirming, and focus on building resilience in the entire body.

Prices:

$15 for a single class OR $60 for a 5-class pack (one class FREE)
