Beeloved Wellness invites you to enter a deep state of relaxation of the body and mind as you consciously relax as tension melts away. The only work required during a restorative yoga practice is to be mindful your breath, become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise, and then gently release them.
$20 donation fee
Participants must be 18 years of age.
