We all need to heal what ails us

Wednesdays, 9:30-11:00 AM

Done in the Svaroopa Style of Yoga.

Svaroopa means, The Bliss of Ones own Being, Translated from Sanskrit. Classes are 90 minutes long. Guided awareness to begin, followed with breathing Ujjayi Pranayama, move though 8 up to12 asana/poses then finish with a final guided awareness and Shavasana.

Svaroopa Yoga is known for Healing, Transformation and Illumination.  

This is a slower paced yoga practice, with little to NO sweating! This practice will provide a deep and organic Spinal realignment. Once tensions begin to melt away you are left with strength and flexibility. In every area of your life!

As you rest into the poses they are customized to reliably dissolve the deepest layers of tensions in the body, creating instantaneous relief from most aches and pains. In these classes you will learn to rest and let go. This will unravel your mental and emotional tangles and create an inner spaciousness allowing you to move with more ease and grace.

What Is Restorative Yoga?

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO RESTORE SOMETHING? The official definition in the dictionary is: To bring back, to return, to repair or renovate something to its former state.

LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WE ARE DOING WHEN WE ATTEND TO OUR SELF AND RESTORE… We are removing years of trauma and wear… we can also remove stuck energies or blockages related to stress or injury traumas. You can Peel away layers of conditioning and mental blocks. You are able to Open yourself up to possibilities and healing through heart and mind. All of these things sound like some things that would be advantages to you.  Your growth and alignment with your health is now more important than ever.

Svaroopa Yoga Style, creates: Transformation, Illumination, and Healing. Done so gently it can be deceptive, meaning, it is actually a very deep inner and outer opening and because it is done through relaxation. You experience profound changes and effects! It’s all about the Un-doing!
