Psychedelic Breath Journey- Get High on Your Own Supply!

Come and learn how to use only your breath to alter consciousness, no plant medicines needed!

A Breath Journey is a guided experience through different patterns of breathing to open, expand and regulate the nervous system. This active breathing process can, and will, alter one's perceptions of reality; as you saturate the body with oxygen and thin the veil between the conscious and subconscious mind. (Cue: magic.)

Led by oxygen-enthusiast and intuitive trauma specialist, Collette, the journey will guide you through the magical and mystical wonderland of the inner landscape of the body, through gentle movement, breathing, meditation and energy healing. Truly a trip! Something you have to experience to understand.

Workshop is 3 hours and will include time for sharing/Q&A's and connection to community. There will be NO plant consumption at this event.

Please bring: yoga mat, meditation cushion, eye mask, water bottle with lid (no straws), wear comfy clothes, and as little jewelry as possible. Enjoy a light meal 2+hours before we begin.

Meet Collette:

Collette Elosha is an energy practitioner and she offers her gifts through a variety of modalities and plant medicine experiences. Rooted deeply in the sacred practice of meditation and practiced awareness, she invites people through creative ways to experience their own body. She has an online community platform called Love Culture, where she shares Cannabis Meditation and Breath Work virtually. She runs events, retreats, and trainings, and coaches others through inner transformative journeys.

She's a recent transplant back to south Orange County with her little blonde dachshund, Waffles.
