About the Event

New Moon Women's Breathwork Circle

Wednesday| JAN 29 | 7:30-8:30PM

"Any time women come together with a collective intention....magic happens"

-Phylicia Rashad

Join us for a powerful evening as we come together to breathe, connect, and support each other in a safe and sacred space. This New Moon also brings the Lunar New Year (year of the Snake). This lunar cycle encourages rebirth and transformation, while calling us to surrender to the Void. Like the Snake sheds its skin, the new moon is for releasing & shedding old layers, deepening our relationship to Self and Shadow.

The breath is our connection between the mind, body and spirit. Breathwork is a whole-body experience, stimulating total life force energy. By tapping into the art of conscious breathing patterns, we quite down the mind, restructure & reset the nervous system, and unlock deep soulful layers of our subconscious.
