Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
~We do full body shaking practice as well as Dancing to 80’s Music, creating so much fun!
~We strengthen our physical body focusing on every muscle group through body resistance exercises & utilizing weights. (Optional to bring 3 or 5lb dumbbells also 8 or 10lb dumbbells)
~We strengthen emotionally by hearing motivational truths!
~All ages & fitness levels welcome!!!
