Mainstream Astrology has made us believe that retrogrades are bad, and while they do cause a shift in energy which can shake things up, retrogrades ultimately help to accelerate our self-development. They offer us a time to slow down, promoting introspection and reflection.
With this Mercury Retrograde attunement we will walk you through the significance of mercury retrograde, the energy of it's transit through taurus and how we can work with this energy over the entire retrograde period. After we will lead you through a reiki infused, holotropic breathwork practice followed by a dueling sound bath to align ourselves with the energy of the cosmos.
