Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month,  6pm-7:15pm

Most of us are feeling the craziness of these times, and as a result, you may be looking for some ways to manage stress. For this reason, I have put together an effective set of yogic techniques that can help you regain your inner power and presence.

Together we will practice effective strategies to create mind/heart coherence using:

· Kundalini & breathing exercises to change our frequency and promote the healing process

· Yin Yoga practices to calm the body

· A community that has the same goals to surrounding ourselves with

Overall we will be:

· Engaging in practices that release unhelpful internal dialogue and attitudes

·  Creating and sustaining emotional and mental balance resulting in better sleep patterns and a calmer mind
