Kundalini Dance™ is a tantric shamanic practice where you can authentically express your body & Soul through movement, breath, & sound. Each dance we focus on a different chakra, diving deep into an alchemical transformational process. It is free form dance movement, NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

This White Tantra practice of sacred inner union strengthens our connection to the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine (the energetic flows of creation in our own bodies) and is primarily for inner awakening and transformation. These keys are primarily about finding wholeness within.

At each chakra we marry the Divine Feminine ( Shakti ) and the Divine Mascline ( Shiva ) within. Their energetic re-union creates an ecstatic star burst in your cells that awakens the highest possibility of your Soul.

As you journey through the chakras you will:

Soften and open your body as Love. Purify and cleanse your emotional body.  Awaken higher consciousness to integrate positive life change.

Each week will focus on an individual chakra. We dance the chakra open to express, realease & heal!

This will be a safe, small intimtate gathering limited to 10 dancers.
