Wednesdays January 10th & 17th 6-8 PM
A transmission of a life force energy.
All you need to do is lay down and receive.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided by the studio, but you can bring your own if you feel like it.
Bring a bottle of water, eye mask and your crystals if you wish. Wear comfy clothes.
