Hosts Nicole Walter & Samantha Saldivar guide you through a deep stretch in the lineage of Yin Yoga. Though the gateways of attentive breath, meditation, and sound healing, we will explore our inner landscape physically and emotionally in this evening of embodied presence and rest.
