This workshop turns our amazing Body into a Space for things to happen.
Drawing from our memories, both past and future, we write a new story that is essentially brand new in this now moment.
We lie down our excuses to wait for peace, one by one, and discover words inside us that come from high places.
Bring a journal and a pen, although, I always have extras.
We create this class with meditation, open heartedness, light and color appreciation, memories old and new, all from the perspective of a future self that is well right now.
