About the Event

KAP is a unique transmission of life force energy that awakens your Kundalini (Shakti, Chi, Qi) and light within. It is a highly intelligent energy that contains a wide spectrum of frequencies that powerfully release what is unaligned within the mind, body, emotions, energetic field and your overall life. KAP is a natural practice that creates an energetic container for cathartic release to attain higher states of consciousness and deepen connection to Source.

How it Works:

In a session you simply lay on yoga mat for about an hour. Your body knows what to do. Kundalini is your own innate energy and spiritual intelligence. Your only task is to relax the mind, surrender and release expectation or judgment. Curated music is played to guide the journey, while a trained and Certified KAP Facilitator channels and activates the energy through your body (similar to Reiki but vastly different in experience).
