Delta Dharma (Sleep) - Is a restorative and experiential mindfulness practice that focuses on proper delta wave brainwave expression to improve sleep and cognitive function while adhering to principles of the 4 noble truths and teachings of the 8-fold path. Leveraging modalities such as soothing binaural sound bathing, guided meditation, cognition, and gentle breathwork techniques to ease and calm the Mind, Body, and Spirit.
