About the Event

Connect-Yin  Mindful Yoga & Sound w/ Amanda Smith

Tuesday March 12th & Thursday,  March 28th   |  7:30PM

Come, enjoy a relaxing, gentle, connect – Yin yoga, flow that offers ease of movement, at a slower pace.

You will hold meditative Yin postures for longer periods to get deep into the connective tissue and ligaments while connecting your mind and body.

Props are frequently used which bring an added depth to movement.

Active stretching and passive holding with movements are grounded and intuitive.

Following the movement, you will relax for a sound experience where Amanda has curated, sound waves, and frequencies to connect your mind, body and soul. You will feel cared for and restored by the time your Mind, Body, Connect – Yin practice comes to an end.
