Students and Practitioners, we ask that you… -
Remain at home if you are sick, if you live with someone that is sick or has been tested positive for Covid in the last two weeks. But to do a home practice if you feel up to it to help manage stress

Contact your instructor or the studio to reserve your spot

Reduce the usage of props during in-studio classes, when possible

If props are used, please wipe down with disinfectant and place into designated areas for sanitation

Please maintain distance and allow for more space between mats/seats, 6 ft apart

Read, sign, and return the health waivers

Consider wearing a mask indoors as the CDC recommends. Masks are not required by the studio but are highly encouraged. It is up to each renter/facilitator to direct their participants as they wish.
Please note that we have recently expanded our square footage and now also have the opportunity for increased ventilation between the two doors whenever possible.
