Kundalini & Yin Yoga-Conscious Community Classes w/Marjan Gerami Wednesdays, Sept. 14th & 28th 6pm-7:15pm Most of us are feeling the craziness of these times, and as a result, you may be looking for some ways to manage stress. For this reason, I have put together an effective set of yogic techniques that can help you regain your inner power and presence.
