Join us for a powerful evening as we come together to breathe, connect, and support each other in a safe and sacred space. We will explore the power of our breath and its impact on our total well-being. The breath is the foundation for optimum health, the language of our nervous system and our direct connection to Source! Discover the lost art of conscious breathing techniques, while unlocking deep layers of the subconscious mind.

Science is showing that the body expresses what the mind suppresses. By intentionally activating our breath we are able to shut down the Prefrontal Cortex (monkey mind/Ego) giving space for our subconscious mind to come online. Allowing us to get out of our heads and feel into the body.…
