Join us as we bath in the healing frequency's of sound. Sound healing has been practiced since ancient times, used to bring coherence to the physical, spiritual & emotional bodies. Modern science is catching up to the ancient wisdom found within sound. When our bodies experience resonance with vibrations & frequency we achieve full embodied healing.
Sound healing promotes relaxation, improves sleep quality, reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure & heart rate, excellent for down regulation, heals on a cellular level and can be a tool for pain management.
